As a member of MOHAI, you have the distinct privilege of helping the
museum to preserve and honor our past, enrich the present, and
enlighten the future through our programs, collections, exhibits,
and community service. Seniors (62+), teachers and students receive
a $10 discount for all of the membership levels listed below. To
receive your discount, please indicate “senior” or “student” on your
check or, if paying by phone, indicate your status to the Visitors
Service Staff member when you place your order. At the current time,
we cannot process gifts or membership orders on the website.
The benefits of a MOHAI Individual ($35.00) or Family ($50.00)
memberships include:
• Unlimited admission for one adult (Individual) or two adults and
children or grandchildren (Family) for an entire year
• A subscription to MOHAI's newsletter, OLD NEWS
• Two guest passes
• A 10% discount in the MOHAI Gift Shop
• A 15% discount on historical reprints from MOHAI's photo library
of over 2 million images
• Invitations to exclusive member events
• Discounts on special MOHAI programs
• Discounts at Seattle area merchants
In addition, premium memberships are available that help MOHAI do
even more. As an upper level member of MOHAI you are a key
partner in our move forward into the 21st century. Your support
helps the museum expand its educational programs, exhibits and
collections. The following premium memberships are available:
Friend: Your membership includes all the benefits of a Family
membership plus membership in Time Travelers a nation-wide program
with free or discounted admission to history museums, recognition in
OLD NEWS, and 4 guest passes.
$100.00-$249.00
Patron: Your membership includes all Friend benefits, and
invitations to all Special Member Exhibit Previews, an invitation to
MOHAI’s Annual Gala Dinner, 10% discount on gallery rental space,
recognition on the MOHAI Donor Wall and 6 guest passes.
$250.00-$499.00
Benefactor: Your membership includes all Patron benefits, and
six unique MOHAI note cards featuring photos from MOHAI’s historical
photo archive, invitations to exclusive exhibit previews and other
museum events, and 8 guest passes.
$500.00-$999.00
Museum of History & Industry’s Heritage Guild:
Explorer's Circle. Benefits include attending MOHAI’s Annual
Leadership Circle Reception with the Museum Director and the
President of the Board, and a historic photo of your choice from
MOHAI’s collection.
$1,000.00-$2,499.00
Pioneer's Circle. You receive all of the Explorer’s Circle
benefits plus an invitation to the Annual Acquisitions Dinner and
Behind-the-Scenes Tour.
$2,500.00-$4,999.00
Founder's Circle. You receive all of the Pioneer’s Circle
benefits plus a Child's Museum Tour for up to 15 children, and Free
Parking for Husky Football Games in the MOHAI parking lot.
$5,000.00-$9,999.00
Chairman's Circle. Please call Angela Beard, Director of
